This is what the bird feeder looks like (after the sales department photoshoped a
 Goldfinch and Cardinal in, and pasted a background of flowering trees!). 
It's installed in one of the dining room windows (in the middle of the apartment)

Apologies for the quality of the photos -- they are hard to photograph
since the glass is a 2-way mirror and, of course, many of the birds fly in
and out so fast.
